Unlike traditional monitoring systems that rely on constant video surveillance, Lecon Health operates on a "Privacy by Design" principle. We have engineered our hardware and software to minimize data collection. We monitor safety events, not your lifestyle. 不同于依赖持续视频监控的传统系统，Lecon Health 遵循“隐私设计（Privacy by Design）”原则。我们的软硬件设计旨在最小化数据收集。我们监测的是安全事件，而非您的生活方式。

Transcribed Text: Only specific voice notes you actively record via the Badge. 转录文本： 仅限您通过 Badge 主动录制的语音笔记文本。

What We Do NOT Collect我们绝不收集

Absolutely NOT.
We never sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, advertisers, or big tech companies for their general AI training (like LLMs). Your life is not their product.

How we improve Lecon's internal model:
Our base models are trained in labs using actors and simulators. We do not use customer data by default. However, if you experience a false alarm, you can choose to voluntarily share that specific snippet of anonymized data with our engineering team to help us fix the issue. This is 100% optional (Opt-in) and under your control. 绝对不会。

Lecon Hub is powered by Edge Computing. This means the "brain" of the system is inside the device in your room, not on a server. Raw sensor data never leaves your room; only the final alert (text) does. Lecon Hub 由边缘计算驱动。这意味着系统的“大脑”就在您房间的设备里，而非云端服务器。原始传感器数据绝不出房门，只有最终的警报（文本）才会发送出去。

What happens if the internet goes down? 如果网络中断了怎么办？

Your safety is not compromised.
Since Lecon Hub processes data locally, fall detection never stops. Local alerts to nurses (on the same Wi-Fi) continue to work instantly. Remote notifications to family members will be queued and sent once the connection is restored. 您的安全不受影响。

Can the device hear my private phone conversations? 能听到我的私人电话吗？

No. The Lecon Hub filters out normal speech volume and conversational tones. It is specifically trained to trigger only on distress patterns (shouting, screaming) or specific wake words used by nurses. It ignores the rest. 不能。Lecon Hub 会过滤掉正常语速和音量的对话。它仅针对求救模式（如呼喊、尖叫）或护理人员使用的特定唤醒词作出反应，并忽略其他声音。

Who owns the data? 数据归谁所有？

You do. You can request to view your event logs or have them permanently deleted at any time. 归您所有。您可以随时要求查看您的事件日志，或要求将其永久删除。
